Tudor has updated its burgundy Black Bay with a thinner case, a new five-link Jubilee bracelet, a sunburst dial, and a lollipop seconds hand. The watch is now a Master Chronometer, thanks to Tudor's new manufacturing facility in Le Locle, which is equipped for METAS testing. The new Black Bay costs $4,450 and features Tudor's METAS-certified manufacture caliber MT5602-U. Tudor's pursuit of technical proficiency puts it in competition with Omega, which is also producing Master Chronometers at scale.

Uncovering the Easter Eggs in Tudor's Latest Dive Watch

Tudor has unveiled its newest dive watch, the Black Bay 54, which draws inspiration from the brand's first dive watch, the Tudor Submariner ref. 7922. The watch features a 37mm case, a lollipop seconds hand, a no-date automatic movement, and a symmetrical timing bezel with no graduated hash marks from 0-15. The Black Bay 54 is powered by Tudor's Manufacture Calibre MT5400 and features 200m of water resistance. It retails for $3,850 on the bracelet and $3,625 on the rubber strap.
