Manhunt underway after trooper shot in Raleigh County
A trooper was shot in the arm during a routine traffic stop in Raleigh County, West Virginia. The suspect, identified as Scott Arthur O'Brien, fled the scene in a white Jeep Grand Cherokee with license plate number 68H949. The suspect's vehicle has noticeable damage on the driver's side. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the WVSP Beckley Detachment.
