Zach Wilson's Concussion Puts Jets' Playoff Hopes in Jeopardy
Zach Wilson is expected to start for the New York Jets in their upcoming game against the Commanders if he clears concussion protocol, according to coach Robert Saleh. Wilson, who began the season as the backup to Aaron Rodgers, has had a tumultuous season, being demoted to third-string before regaining the starting job in Week 14. In his last game, Wilson left with a head injury after being sacked four times and losing a fumble, while Trevor Siemian took over and threw for 110 yards and two interceptions.
