Vancouver Mall Shooting: Suspect Wore 'Joker' Mask, Fired Point Blank
Travis Ward, 32, is accused of donning a Joker mask and fatally shooting James A. Perez at Vancouver Mall during a Halloween event. Surveillance footage shows Ward stalking and shooting Perez at point-blank range. Two others were injured in the incident. Ward was identified and arrested after police reviewed mall security footage and circulated images of the suspect's group. Ward's girlfriend and mother were present at the mall but claimed no knowledge of the shooting.
