Toyota has recalled 381,000 Tacomas due to potential rear axle failure caused by welding debris, which could affect vehicle stability and braking performance. Additionally, 281,663 Tundras, Sequoias, and Lexus LX600s have been recalled for possible transmission problems. Owners will be notified starting in April, and dealers will check and repair affected vehicles.
