Otter, the automated transcription service, is introducing a new AI feature called "AI Chat in Channels" that allows groups to ask a chatbot questions about past meetings, expanding its AI capabilities to group conversations. This feature aims to facilitate faster collaboration within teams by providing information from transcripts without switching channels. Additionally, Otter is broadening the scope of meetings its AI chatbot can access and is adding an AI conversation summary feature to identify action items during ongoing meetings. These AI features will be available to all Otter users, including those on the free Basic plan.
