Grizzly Bear Chases Wild Horses in Canada
A video captured by trail cams in Central Alberta, Canada shows a grizzly bear chasing a herd of wild horses. The cameras were set up to monitor the declining population of wild horses in Alberta, which is facing natural causes and large predators. Grizzlies can run up to 35 miles per hour, while horses can run up to 55 miles per hour for a longer period of time. Although the horses were able to get away, the video shows that they are serious targets for bears.
