Fatal Car Crash in Downtown El Paso
One person died in a car wreck at Cotton and Missouri in downtown El Paso. The El Paso Police Department received the call at 11:30 A.M. Special traffic investigators are on the scene, and Cotton northbound and Missouri westbound are closed to motorists.
