The Supreme Court has ruled that Jack Daniel's can pursue a trademark claim against the maker of Bad Spaniels, a dog toy designed to resemble one of the liquor industry's most recognizable packages. The toy, which parodies Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Brand Tennessee Sour Mash Whiskey, has been the subject of a legal dispute since 2014.
