2023's Top City Destinations: Asian Cities Rise, Paris Reigns
Paris has been named the best city to visit in the world by Euromonitor International, followed by Dubai and Madrid. Tokyo entered the top 10 list for the first time due to improved tourism infrastructure. European cities dominate the top 20, but Asian cities are gaining ground. Tokyo and Singapore are the only Asian cities in the top 11. Madrid ranked first for sustainability, London for tourism infrastructure, Singapore for economic and business performance, Macao for health and safety, and Hong Kong for health and medical services. Four new cities, including Washington and Montreal, made this year's list due to improved tourism performances.
