A Tornado Watch has been issued for parts of eastern Oklahoma and northeast Texas, including Dallas and Tulsa, as severe storms threaten the central U.S. for the third consecutive day. The main hazards include strong tornadoes and damaging winds, with storm activity expected to intensify from late morning through the afternoon. The severe weather system is also bringing heavy rain, increasing flood risks, particularly in the Ozarks and areas with recent significant rainfall. The threat is expected to decrease by Monday night as the system moves eastward.
