Seoul seeks favorable terms in U.S. chip tariffs dispute
South Korea says it will push Washington for favorable terms on U.S. tariffs for memory chips, citing a joint fact sheet that promises no unfavourable treatment vs. rivals; Seoul’s trade minister also said tariffs on some advanced computing chips would have limited impact on leading chipmakers Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix.
