Poodle revived with Narcan after suspected overdose in Kensington.
A poodle named Toodles was revived with Narcan after being found next to its unconscious owner in Kensington, Philadelphia. The Pennsylvania SPCA said Toodles has since made a full recovery. The dog's owner allegedly shared drugs with Toodles. The PSPCA praised the quick work of Good Samaritans and Blue Pearl Emergency Hospital for saving Toodles' life.
