"Chelsea Man Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography"
A 38-year-old Chelsea man, Timothy Brown, has been arrested and charged with possession of child pornography after police found thousands of photos and videos on his phone. The investigation into Brown was initiated after his friend, Kenneth Higgins, was arrested for the third time on similar charges. Brown is currently being held on $100,000 bail and is set to be arraigned in Chelsea District Court next week.
