Thunder Over Louisville 2023: A Community Celebration in the Sky

Louisville Metro Police reported a successful Thunder Over Louisville event with minimal arrests and traffic issues. LMPD made only one arrest, while Kentucky State Police and Jefferson County Sheriff's Office made three arrests each. Six missing juveniles were returned to their parents, and there were a few reported fights between juveniles. Normal traffic patterns resumed shortly after 11:30 p.m.
