Child Luring Attempts Lead to Arrests in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
A 79-year-old man from Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, was arrested in Cumberland County, New Jersey, for allegedly offering a 7-year-old boy candy to enter his vehicle and grabbing the child by the arm.
