HBO Writing Harry Potter Season 2 Now to Avoid a Big Gap
HBO chief Casey Bloys told The Times of London that the Harry Potter TV series is already moving ahead on Season 2, which is currently being written to prevent a long gap as the young cast grows up; the plan is to adapt one book per season, with Francesca Gardiner as showrunner and Mark Mylod directing, and Season 1 shot and developed at Leavesden in the UK.
