"Jersey Shore" star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino shared a terrifying video on Instagram of his 2-year-old son choking on pasta, but he and his wife were able to dislodge the food and save their son's life. The couple plan to take CPR lessons and will stop giving their son gnocchi for the time being. Fellow "Jersey Shore" co-stars expressed relief and support in the comments. The Sorrentinos are expecting their third child after welcoming their son Romeo in May 2021 and daughter Mia Bella in January 2023.
