
The Davenport owner pleads guilty to unsafe conditions.
Andrew Wold, the owner of The Davenport building that partially collapsed on Memorial Day weekend, pleaded guilty to a civil infraction for not maintaining safe conditions at the building. He was ordered to pay a $300 fine and $95 in court costs and to refrain from any violations of Davenport, Iowa code provisions. Wold did not appear in court and admitted to the infraction through his attorney.
