Tennessee Air National Guardsman faces charges for applying to be a hitman on spoof website
A Tennessee Air National Guardsman, Josiah Ernesto Garcia, has been charged with the use of interstate commerce facilities in the commission of murder-for-hire after applying to be a hitman on a spoof "rent-a-hitman" website. Garcia was arrested by FBI agents after agreeing to the terms of the murder arrangement and asking the agent if he needed to provide a photograph of the dead body. He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
