Search underway for missing and endangered woman in Upstate South Carolina

The Greenville County Sheriff's Office is searching for 46-year-old Marykate Brailsford, who was last seen in Taylors, South Carolina, on Saturday evening. Brailsford is in need of immediate medical attention and left the area in a silver Nissan Rogue with a South Carolina tag reading "UIT-838". Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
