Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed 15 units of Russian military hardware in the Tavria direction, resulting in the enemy's manpower losses of 181 soldiers. The enemy attacked Ukraine's positions 14 times, conducting numerous artillery strikes, missile attacks, and airstrikes. The Ukrainian forces also destroyed six Russian ammunition depots and a control post.
Ukraine has retaken the village of Rivnopil from Russian forces, according to Deputy Defence Minister Hanna Maliar. The village is the ninth to be recaptured by Ukraine this month, though it was deserted and heavily damaged. The Tavria military sector has advanced by almost a mile towards the city of Melitopol in the Zaporizhzhia region. Russia, which launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, still holds swathes of territory in the east and south.

The enemy lost more than three companies in killed and wounded, and 21 units of military equipment were destroyed, including tanks, armoured fighting vehicles, UAVs, and mortar systems. Ukrainian General Oleksandr Tarnavskyi, Commander of the Tavria Operational-Strategic Grouping of Troops, has claimed that over 400 Russian soldiers were killed in the Tavria direction in the past day. Ukrainian defenders destroyed or damaged 53 units of Russian military hardware, including 12 tanks, six infantry fighting vehicles, and the same number of armored fighting vehicles, three MTLBs, an armored personnel carrier, a 2A65 Msta-B howitzer, two Zala drones, and a number of military trucks.
