A 22-year-old suspect has been charged with second degree murder in a shooting in Tampa, Florida, that left two people dead and 16 others injured. The shooting occurred after a dispute between two groups in Tampa's Ybor City neighborhood. Of the injured, 15 were shot and one had other serious injuries. The suspect, Tyrell Stephen Phillips, was arrested with the help of tips from the community. Police recovered two handguns at the scene and are investigating the involvement of other shooters.
