Kensuke Tanabe’s Metroid Prime 4 marks his Nintendo swan song, setting the Sylux saga in motion
In a Nintendo Dream interview, Metroid Prime 4 producer Kensuke Tanabe says the game will be his final Nintendo project and a launchpad for Sylux’s saga (Metroid Prime 4: Beyond). He hints that, given his age and retirement near, the series could continue without him and that the final clash between Sylux and Samus isn’t over yet; he hopes Retro Studios and Ms. Tabata can one day finish the story.
