Nintendo Switch Becomes Nintendo’s All-Time Best-Selling Console
Nintendo has officially updated its figures: the Switch is now Nintendo’s best-selling console ever with 155.37 million units sold, overtaking the DS at 154.02 million, while Switch 2 has 17.37 million sold since its June 2025 launch. The PlayStation 2 still holds the overall industry lead at just over 160 million units. Nintendo maintains a Switch 2 forecast of 19 million for the rest of the fiscal year.
