Pennsylvania Couple's Encounter with Escapee Leads to Recapture
A Pennsylvania couple helped authorities capture an escaped inmate, Michael Charles Burham, after their dog alerted them to his presence near their property. Recognizing him from news reports, the couple called 911, leading to Burham's arrest. Burham, who had escaped from Warren County Jail, is suspected in several crimes, including kidnapping and murder. He was described as having "survivalist skills" and had been on the run for eight days before being apprehended. The couple believes they may be eligible for the reward offered for information on Burham's whereabouts.
