Toyota Embraces Tesla's NACS Charging Standard for Future EVs
Toyota has signed a deal with Tesla to adopt the North American Charging Standard (NACS) connector for its future electric vehicles (EVs) and gain access to Tesla's Supercharger network. While NACS has become the standard for EV connectors in North America, Toyota was one of the few automakers that had not yet announced plans to adopt it. The agreement will allow Toyota and Lexus customers to conveniently access over 12,000 Tesla Superchargers across North America starting in 2025.
