Sunday Streets in Tenderloin: A Haven of Freebies and Positivity.
The Tenderloin neighborhood in San Francisco hosted the annual Sunday Streets event, offering freebies and positivity to attendees. Free snacks, books, portraits, and tote bags were available, along with a dunk tank and entertainment. The event showcased the neighborhood's positive behavior and community engagement, with hopes to make the temporary Slow Street closure permanent and turn it into a Golden Gate Greenway. The event was co-sponsored by the Asian Pacific Islander Cultural Center and is part of the free summer festival series.
