Kim Kardashian celebrated her son Saint West's 7th birthday by taking him and his friends on a lake outing, where they enjoyed jumping off a low cliff into the water. Kim shared a video of Saint taking the leap while wearing a life vest, and joked about the bribes used to encourage him. Kim, who is recovering from a shoulder injury, watched the group from an inflatable boat. It was also revealed that Kim's youngest son, Psalm, and her niece, True Thompson, both broke their arms earlier this summer.
