Subway lines and train connections were closed in Madrid, Spain, as torrential rain caused flooding and road closures. Two men are missing in the rural area of Aldea del Fresno. The heavy rainfall has subsided, but rain continues in most of the country. Madrid's mayor advised residents to stay at home.
