Severe storms have caused flash flooding in neighborhoods across Greater Cincinnati, with cars submerged in water in the Columbia Tusculum neighborhood due to a recurring sewer issue. The Miami-Dade Police Department is recovering multiple cars found submerged in a lake in Doral, Florida, after divers working on a missing person cold case discovered 32 cars in the lake. The first car pulled from the lake was confirmed to be stolen, and police expect all the cars to be of an older make and model. While the initial assumption is that the cars were stolen and discarded after a joy ride, police won't rule out the possibility of finding evidence linked to outstanding cases, including fraud or homicide. Volunteer divers suspect the lake is a dumping ground for ongoing criminal activity.
