Tragic Accident: 18-Wheeler Fatally Strikes 15-Year-Old Student Getting Off School Bus
The driver of an 18-wheeler has been charged with criminal negligent homicide after fatally striking a 15-year-old Livingston ISD student who was getting off a school bus. The incident occurred on U.S. 59 north of Livingston, Texas. The student died at the scene, while both drivers involved were uninjured.
