Cities Resuming Street Sweeping to Combat Litter and Keep Roads Clean
Philadelphia's Mechanical Cleaning Program is entering Phase 3, which will clean 14 of the city's most littered residential neighborhoods from April 3 to early November. The program aims to reduce litter, prevent debris from entering the water system, and increase community pride.
