Static Media Acquires Penske’s TVLine
Penske Media Corp. has sold TVLine to Static Media, a media company with a diverse portfolio, while maintaining most of the staff and leadership, except for co-editor Matt Mitovich. TVLine, founded in 2011 by Michael Ausiello, is a popular television news and review site.
