Missing 1-year-old from South Bend found safe with father.
A Statewide Silver Alert has been issued for 1-year-old Jazziah Clayton who was last seen with her father, Dontey Clayton, in South Bend, Indiana. She was found safe on Monday morning. Anyone with information is urged to call 911.
