Air National Guardsman arrested for attempting to become a hitman online.
A 21-year-old Tennessee Air National Guardsman, Josiah Ernesto Garcia, has been charged with using interstate facilities in the commission of murder-for-hire. He allegedly applied on a spoof site rentahitman.com with a resume that described himself as an "expert marksman" and prior military service. He was arrested after an undercover agent gave him money to carry out a purported hit. Garcia told agents in an interview after he was arrested that he was looking for jobs because his family couldn't afford rent.
