The upcoming Google Pixel 7a is expected to feature a brand new 64MP Sony IMX787 camera sensor, which is identical in size to the flagship Pixel 7 Pro, Galaxy S23 Ultra, and iPhone 14 Pro. The new sensor is significantly larger than the one found on the mid-range Pixel 6a, allowing for greater light-gathering abilities, less noise, and sharper images and videos in mid-low light.
