Jony Ive's LoveFrom unveils $60,000 limited edition record player
LoveFrom, the design firm founded by Jony Ive, has collaborated with British audio brand Linn on a limited edition 50th anniversary Sondek LP12 turntable. The Sondek LP12-50, priced at $60,000, features improvements in both industrial design and sonic elements. LoveFrom's work on the project was pro bono, with no financial arrangement between the two firms. This collaboration marks Ive's first hardware project since leaving Apple, and showcases his design aesthetic beyond digital devices.
