Mexican counterparts capture suspected cartel security chief, Garland expresses gratitude

The Justice Department is awaiting El Nini's extradition to the U.S. to face charges related to his alleged involvement in murder, torture, and kidnapping. President Biden also commended the collaboration between the U.S. and Mexico in combating violence and illicit fentanyl.
