Rapper Desiigner, whose real name is Sidney Royel Selby III, has been charged with indecent exposure on an aircraft after allegedly masturbating three times aboard a Delta flight from Tokyo to Minneapolis. Selby may face up to 90 days in prison and $500 in fines. He has apologized for the incident and cited mental health as a factor. Selby was admitted to a hospital while performing overseas and given medication, but he told the FBI that he had not taken that medication before exposing himself.
