String of Violent Incidents in Crown Heights Leads to Man's Arrest
A man was arrested in Crown Heights after pointing what appeared to be a rifle at surrounding buildings. Upon detainment, it was discovered that he had a bow and arrow in a rifle case. The incident occurred on Shabbos afternoon near Schenectady Ave and Empire Blvd. Shmira, the Shabbos Patrol, observed the perpetrator and promptly placed him under arrest.
