Hideki Kamiya Launches YouTube Channel and Teases Post-Platinum Games Plans
Shinji Mikami, renowned game director and founder of Tango Gameworks, has hinted at his return to game development after the expiration of a non-compete clause. Mikami, known for his work on Resident Evil and other titles, expressed his desire to direct one more video game project before retiring. While he has been traveling during his time off, Mikami has also completed Ghost of Tsushima, started playing The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and finished the Resident Evil 4 remake. Grasshopper founder Goichi Suda has expressed interest in collaborating with Mikami on a new Shadows of the Damned game.
