Police Chase Chaos: Officer Injured, Suspect Apprehended, and Car Runs Out of Gas in LA Pursuits
A driver led Los Angeles police officers on a brief pursuit in Sun Valley, resulting in an injured officer and a sheared fire hydrant. The pursuit ended near Hollywood Way and Covello Street, where a black pickup truck crashed into a parked vehicle, causing the hydrant to be knocked off. Workers attempted to shut off the water, while officers searched for the driver. One person connected to the pursuit was taken into custody.
