Suspect Arrested After High-Speed Chase in North Topeka
A man with three federal warrants was taken into custody following a vehicle pursuit in North Topeka. The pursuit ended when a Shawnee County Sheriff's deputy successfully performed a Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI) maneuver. The suspect, Justin R. Shumway, 40, was apprehended by three deputies, and the incident is still under investigation.
