"Waterville Liquor Store Reopens Following Employee Murder and Cross-Country Suspect Arrest"
A 20-year-old man, Spridal Hubiak, was arrested in Arkansas after being accused of killing his co-worker, Angela Bragg, in Maine. Bragg's body was found with a sharp force injury inside Damon's Beverage, and her death was ruled a homicide. Hubiak fled and was later found sleeping in a parking lot, leading to a police chase and his eventual arrest after his vehicle was disabled by spike mats. He was injured during an encounter with the police where shots were fired and is expected to survive. The investigation is ongoing, with Maine State Police collaborating with Arkansas authorities.
