"Trump Media Co-founders Sue to Protect Stake Ahead of Merger"
Former "Apprentice" contestants and Trump Media cofounders, Andy Litinsky and Wes Moss, have filed a lawsuit accusing company executives, including Donald Trump, of attempting to dilute their stake in the company ahead of a potential merger. The lawsuit could complicate an upcoming shareholder vote on the merger that would take the company public. Litinsky and Moss claim that the executives sought to increase the amount of authorized stock, which would reduce their stake to less than 1% ahead of the merger. The lawsuit is the latest of three legal challenges facing the Trump Media and Digital World Acquisition Corp merger, which has faced ongoing delays due to SEC investigations.
