Prince Constantin of Liechtenstein, seventh in line to the throne and the third son of the reigning Prince Hans-Adam II, has died suddenly at the age of 51. The cause of death has not been released. Liechtenstein, a small German-speaking nation, is a semi-constitutional monarchy with a population of just under 40,000. Prince Constantin was married to Princess Marie of Liechtenstein and they had three children together. He was chairman of the supervisory board of Liechtenstein Group AG and a member of the board of directors of Liechtenstein Group Holding AG. The Liechtenstein royal family also possesses one of the largest private art collections in the world.
