Former UC Davis student maintains innocence in deadly stabbing spree.
Former UC Davis student, Carlos Dominguez, pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder and one count of attempted murder in connection with a series of recent stabbings near the campus. Dominguez, who was booted from the school for poor academic performance less than two days before the attacks began, claims he is innocent. Prosecutors could seek the death penalty in the case. Dominguez remains in custody on a no-bail hold.
