
Med tech at Potomac senior facility charged in elder resident’s death and trooper shooting
Maurquise Emillo James, a 22-year-old medication technician at Cogir of Potomac, has been charged with first-degree murder in the Feb. 14 death of 87-year-old Robert Fuller Jr. and with the attempted first-degree murder of a Maryland State Police trooper after a traffic stop; investigators link the two cases through surveillance and evidence, and James is being held without bond pending hearings.
