Air Fryer Recall: Fire Hazard Alert
Over 6,000 Secura air fryers are being recalled due to a wire connection that can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards. Nine incidents of air fryers catching fire, burning, and smoking have been reported. Consumers who purchased the affected models between May 2019 and October 2020 are advised to stop using them immediately. Secura is offering a free replacement or an Amazon gift card to affected customers who provide their contact information and submit photos of the recalled unit with the power cord cut off.
